Linda was one of Shaw Talley's first clients in his safe parking program. Shaw offered the mobile homeless; those who are homeless but still have a vehicle to live in, a safe place to park overnight and sleep without harassment from others. Shaw would then help those in the program find jobs and eventually move back into a home. Linda is just one of the many success stories of the safe parking program.
